Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 06/30/2003 n. 196 Code regarding the protection of personal data

b. Supplier management (supplier administration, contract administration, orders, arrivals, selection invoices in relation to the needs of the company),
c. Information activity (sending of informative material on technical specifications relating to products supplied by Global Map Srl, based on requests received from the site).

The personal data collected by Global Map Srl, via the Internet, will be used for its own activities (as mentioned above) and will not be disclosed and communicated to third parties.
The owner of the domain name of the sites is Global Map Srl, via del Romito, 13 / R, I-50134 Florence. The visitor can exercise the rights of interpretation as foreseen by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (which is reported in full), according to the procedures of art. 9, addressing the request to Global Map Srl, the data controller, in paper form to the addresses indicated above or in electronic form to the e-mail address info (at), indicating in the subject that it is a question pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03.

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain information:

a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.

The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
