Global Map S.r.l. markets products listed on this site mainly targeting a private clientele, that is a natural person who acts for purposes that cannot be referred to any professional activity carried out. The relationship between Global Map S.r.l. and its customer will be governed by consumer protection regulations, Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, returning the purchased material to his own expenses, complete and complete with the original documentation of the good and the fiscal documentation received with the same good. 3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined ONLINE by the customers visiting the site www.global-map.it before confirming their purchases. 5. ORDERS AND TRANSPORT COSTS

The purchase is made by the Customer and is relative to the available products as illustrated and described IN LINE in the relative descriptive and technical sheets (The images are to be intended as indicative, the product could present variations from the aesthetic point of view). All product prices are VAT included.

Transport costs are charged to the customer, are calculated based on the weight of the goods purchased and will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each selected product, the taxable amount, the VAT amount, the transport costs and the total cost.

6. PAYMENTS

The payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer in the following ways: BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL

Payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions: the bank transfer must be received within 5 working days of placing the order. After this date the order will be considered invalid. 7. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The availability of the products visible on the site www.global-map.it touches values ​​close to 100%. The products purchased on the site are delivered throughout Italy and Europe. The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer. Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be reported directly and in writing to the courier. Delivery times are indicative and in any case to be considered valid if there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or force majeure events). 8. DELAY OF DELIVERY

9. WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS

12. REFUND
